Focus Grid

The Schulte Table is a classic tool for training attention speed and peripheral vision.

• 1. Focus your eyes on the center of the grid.
• 2. Click the numbers in ascending order (1, 2, 3...) as fast as possible.
• 3. Try not to move your eyes excessively; use your peripheral vision to find the next number.
